Grip size affects comfort, wrist freedom, racquet stability and confidence on contact. Many Indian players use whatever is in stock rather than the size that fits them.
A smaller grip can usually be built up with an overgrip or sleeve. A grip that is too large is harder to correct and can feel clumsy during quick grip changes.
The safest buying flow is to choose the frame first, confirm the handle size second, and then fine-tune with replacement grips, overgrips or build-up sleeves.
